How does it work?

Before you send us your device, please fill out the form under request for service.

As soon as your device arrives, we will check it and determine the failure and costs for you (labour, parts, shipping incl.).

After a quotation of costs, it´s your decision whether the device gets repaired or not.

Our quotation of costs is calculated with 25,- € + shipment back and 19% VAT. If the device gets repaired, there are no additional costs for you.
