How log does a repair take?
On average, a week. Exceptions arise from lengthy spare parts procurement or hidden errors. In these cases, we will contact you to clarify the resulting delays.
Do you also repair other brands than listed?
We are an authorized service workshop for the manufacturers specified here. We also repair other brands! However, it may be necessary to procure original spare parts and search for service documents, which may delay the repair process.
If you have any questions, please contact us. Mostly we can estimate that in advance.
My device has error "XY". What does the repair cost?
Please understand that our technicians should first inspect the device before setting binding repair prices. This allows a safe and reliable fault diagnosis, which includes a subsequent warranty to the customer.
We work on time, with fair hourly rates and not on product packages. Even an expensive device can have a small error and therefore does not have to be calculated with expensive repair packages.
What to do if there is a damage in transit?
You must notify us in writing by e-mail to mail@servicecenter-siedler.de within 48 hours of transport damage. Please have our delivery note number ready. We will then arrange all further steps.
Document the transport damage with photos (for example visible damage to the packaging).
